What is Sofia AI?
Sofia AI is real estate accounting software. It helps organize activity, keeps property books current, asks for review when needed, and produces financial reports. It is not a done-for-you accounting service.
Who is it designed for?
Real estate owners, vacation rental operators, and property managers who need property-level accounting. Plans are based on units; larger portfolios can discuss a custom option.
Do I need to leave QuickBooks?
No. QuickBooks is not required to use Sofia AI. Hire Sofia Accounting Services can also work in a client's existing QuickBooks stack; Sofia AI does not promise an automatic QuickBooks migration.
What happens after I choose a plan?

Can someone help me get set up?
Optional Done For You Setup helps configure your Sofia account, properties, connections, loans, and opening balances. Historical cleanup and bookkeeping are separate services from Hire Sofia Accounting Services.
